Public bug reported:
nmh's dependencies include recommended packages of mail-transport-agent
and metamail.
However, metamail was deleted in Lucid with reason "(From Debian) RoQA;
orphaned, missing upstream, buggy; Debian bug #274451".
nmh's default config (in /etc/nmh/mhn.defaults) still causes it to try
to invoke metamail for MIME messages. This obviously fails.
To correct this, either metamail should be reintroduced or the default
config file should be changed.
