Public bug reported:
A question...
Re Ubuntu. 7.04.
When I am tired and irate, it's hard to figure things out, even more so
when I don't know the exact name of the problem.
What happens, is that when I roll my mouse, over the menus, little
descriptive pop-ups appear, telling me what the functions of the menu
items actually are or do.
This drives me completely insane.
Does anyone know how to I get rid of these irritating "info-splats".
Actually in having just created this new term, come to think of it, they
are like splats - splats of bird shit, all over the screen.
So how do I kill them off?
