Hmm Launchpad seems to merge the two spaces at the start of the log into one:
Oct 2 21:07:25 hostname named[786]: success resolving 'sec1.apnic.net/AAAA'
(in 'apnic.net'?) after reducing the advertised EDNS UDP packet size to 512
octets
This doesn't affect maverick.
