Public bug reported:

After one of recent updates thunderbird lost it's title bar and I can't
switch to it's window once started. Unity launchbar shows that it's
running and alt-tab switcher does too but after selecting it nothing
happens.

I get the following WARN in .xsession-errors:

on interface "org.ayatana.bamf.view" doesn't exist
