steps to reproduce:
1. Make network manager start on login, if you connect to a wep enabled AP a
dialogue box asking for the keychain password pops up.
2. enable desktop effects
3. log out
4. log in, the dialogue box appears then disappears. but it's still there...
If I type my password and press enter, network manager completes its
tasks.
system: Dell Inspiron 8500, 2Ghz, Nvidia geforce go 4200, 2GB ram, 80GB HDD,
Wuxga (1920x1200)
os: Ubuntu 7.04 with recent updates
desktop effects: no wobbly windows
