Maybe im wrong, but card is reported as RTL8111/8168B but loaded modules
are r8169 .. maybe this is mistake. Using wrong driver.

I have installed ubuntu via wubi.
The problem i have very slow network connection over cable - 1gbps switch -
and dsl router. Speed is very varying but never exceed 100kpbs. When i turn off
PC and turn off switch on PSU ( waiting to led on switch is not lit ) and turn
on again . everything is ok. Under W7 i have no problem. On RTL site is driver
for kernel 2.6.x only ( im not able use it on 3.x oneiric )
