Public bug reported:
when one application (command in terminal, attachment in thundrebird/firefox)
requests a new window from an already-opened application, I expect that that
window/aplication to pop to the front of hte window stack. Is that the
expected behvaiour? On my system this doesn't happen. Please let me know if
this is a system-specific bug nad I will update with all my system info.
