@Omer Akram Steps to reproduce the bug 1) Set the top panel opacity value to something like 20% in the unity plugin options for CompizConfig Settings Manager 2) open a full screen window, with a background color different to the desktop background color 3) shift down one desktop and then shift back up. The top panel should be a different color than it used to be
