I am using Ubuntu 11.10 development branch with Unity
This occurred after a reboot following the latest update: Oct 5, 2011 @ ~10:15
AM EDT.
I did have to reboot twice. The first reboot left my touch pad / mouse and
keyboard unresponsive and I had to use my power button to shut down and restart.
It followed a crash of the Ubuntu One Indicator which said it could not be
reported because it was not a Genuine Ubuntu package.
The Ubuntu One Indicator did start.
