  I have install some packages like alarm-clock, espeak and others(so I can't
find full path to make this bug works in other system configuration, but I can
show all needed configs, etc.) And I always install all updates, that shows me
my repository mirror. When I try to open gnome-volume-control applet on panel,
or start it with terminal, I just see many terminal windows(or maybe just 3-4
random-active windows) - and it looks like Windows(R)
DesktopJailers(worms, viruses, that controls your desktop). htop and
system-monitor shows many "orca" processes, sometimes opened
gnome-volume-control dialog shows many speech-dispatcher processes and I hear
voice.
