Hardy is not EOL on servers until 2013 - Tor has had a few protocol
changes to adapt to censors and to fix security issues - we have
previously had exceptions for Tor and we need another for Hardy. I
suggest that we sync to 0.2.2.33-1 which is the best maintained and
stable branch of Tor.
