Look at your dpkg log:
Setting up gforge-db-postgresql (4.7.3-2) ...
No database found online on port 5432
Couldn't initialize or upgrade gforge database.
Please see postgresql documentation
and run dpkg-reconfigure -plow gforge-db-postgresql
once the problem is solved
exiting without error, but gforge db will not work
right now
