No, Harald, I didn't mean the case when removing the media before unmounting. The problem is that in some cases the pop up you mentioned appears _at once_ after the copy started. I.e. copy process is finished immediately. Then, I can click "Eject the media" button, the media will be unmounted successfully, the pop up appears, but some of the copied data may be lost. So it seems to do some kind of force unmounting without any syncing of data before it. Also, if I manually start 'sync' command in console it takes a while but after this everything is unmounted correctly.
