Until someone changes the title of #550625 to reflect that it includes cases
where the Alps touchpad is NOT recognised at all, I do not see how this can be
a duplicate. I have seen #550625 before, but I could not even tell that I am
affected because the title says that the touchpad is recognised BUT...
I'm confused.
