I also can confirm this bug, I have the same wireless card. What is most interesting in my case is that the bug in my wi-fi card exposes a bug in my router (TP-Link TL-WR1043ND with DD-WRT firware) and crashes the router. I have to reboot the router after some minutes of 11n use. I may not be alone as the following thread in ubuntuforums suggests:
