Kernel 3.0.0-12.20 doesn't change a thing.
As for kernel 3.1.0-0301rc9-generic there's at least so much progress that my
system goes down to ~22W now, not 24 as with the default oneiric kernel - but
enabling pcie_aspm=force will still get the system down to ~18W on both kernels.
