Public bug reported:

Moving pointer the far left of the screen fails to reveal the Launcher
if a indicator menu is open

To Reproduce:
1. Open a indicator menu (say by clicking on the sound indicator)
2. Mover the pointer to the far left edge of the screen.

What currently incorrectly happens:
- Nothing!

What should happen:
- The Launcher should reveal
- The indicator menu should remain open until the user clicks anywhere on the
screen (other than some areas in the currently open indicator menu)
