Binary package hint: apt
When I run apt-get update, apt runs through the list returning "Fetched
3B in 1s (3B/s)". When I try to upgrade afterwards, there's no new
packages.
This has been going on for quite a while (3 weeks), so the problem isn't
that there just isn't any new packages.
