svs pointed out that the bug reported here is that the man page shows:
FILES
/var/lib/logrotate.status Default state file.
/etc/logrotate.conf Configuration options.
The '--state' section correctly lists '/var/lib/logrotate/status', but
the 'FILES' section is wrong.
