Steps to reproduce:

1. Click the "Inappropriate?" link below a review.
2. Choose a reason, enter some text, and click "Report".
3. A "Failed to submit report" message appears. Expanding the "Error details" 
box tells me "Unknown error communicating with the server [...]"
