Public bug reported:
When running the Desktop Effects, the titlebar becomes useless. It is
there however clicks do not register on it, they go straight through (if
there was a window behind the titlebar the other window would gain
focus)
Otherwise it works fine.
Using a Nvidia AGP 7600GS with twinview enabled.
