Public bug reported:

If "desktop->gnome->interface->gtk_key_theme" is set (don't know about other 
values), it is not reflected in
gsettings org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-key-theme.

If it is set in "dconf-editor" or with gsettings, it is reflected (seen) in 
gconf-editor.  Seems if gconf-editor does GET the value but 
does not set it / try to set it.
