I see a regression here: - Open a terminal - Grab it by the menu bar and drag it to the right side of the screen The resulting window is not resizeable by discrete steps, even after un-snapping.
And another, more bizarre case: - Open a terminal - Drag its right border to the right side of the screen The grid plugin overlay rectangle will appear (as if the window was being dragged instead of resized [!]). And if you release the mouse button at that point, the terminal will (1) keep its original size/position, and (2) stop being resizeable by discrete steps too.
