I jatoo, and thanks for your report. I can confirm this one. In my
testing, I find that the first time I invoke "Reinstall Previous
Purchases" in a new run of Software Center, the list appears correctly.
It is only the second or third invokation of "Reinstall Previous
Purchases" where this error appears.
NOTE that each restart of Software Center seems to clear the problem.
jatoo, as a workaround until we fix this bug, please try restarting
Software Center and hopefully you will be able to access your previous
purchases list. If you still cannot, please report that here.
