I've got the same problem with a Realtek ALC861 on a Toshiba A7. I got it somehow fixed by doing this:
1. disable "full duplex" of "artsd" (full duplex sound still works) 2. unload/load the driver. This is done by a) stopping the sl-modem b) stopping artsd c) unloading the module d) loading the module e) starting sl-modem f) starting artsd I guess there is an easier way. I do also have options snd-hda-intel model=auto in my modprobe.d/alsa-base. With "position_fix=1" I do also get no sound from the mic. -- Audigy2 ZS Notebook Mic/Line-in input doesn't work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/110599 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
