Public bug reported:
When logged into the ubuntu desktop (or Kubuntu desktop) Gnome print
manager correctly detects and installed the gutenprint driver. But when
a test page is sent, the print job just stops and the printer does
nothing. In Kubuntu the printer is not detected and Epson..895 is not on
the list, However if Epson..870 driver is manually selected, the printer
works fine, albeit on a lower resolution. I have attached. I have
printing bug info, but cant see a way to attach yet.
