Hey, I just experienced this problem yesterday, but with upstream kernel (I know there is no support for upstream kernels). I only installed it for testing and did my testing in failsafe. I just thought it might should now. (daily kernel is here: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/daily/current/)
