Public bug reported:

Oneiric is REALLY, REALLY unstable! :-(
I upgraded to Oneiric - it looked good a short time, then every now and then
the window borders disappeared. I tried "unity --reset" and since then I got
nothing but trouble: the COMPLETE Unity is gone! No launcher, no top panel with
menu - just emptiness!

I don't get it back, don't know how and don't know what's going on here.
I am really, really frustrated!
