Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better.
To attach the log files in /var/log/dist-upgrade click on "Add attachment or
patch" at the bottom of this window, and this will
allow you to navigate (Filesystem -> var -> log -> dist-upgrade) to the the
folder where you can find the logs. Please attach at least "main.log" and
"apt.log", this may help the developers figure out what went wrong with your
update.
