Software Sources entry has been removed from the System > Administration only
to reduce the clutter. This was a design decision. You can still access it
using one of the following methods:
* from Update Manager, by clicking the settings button
* from Software center's Edit menu, using the Software Sources menu entry
* from Terminal, using the software-properties-gtk command.
