According to package.ubuntu.com only the 2007-5 version of this package has
kvoptions.sty and it's only in gutsy.
But i don't have that file:

texlive-latex-recommended:
/usr/share/doc/texlive-latex-recommended/latex/oberdiek/kvoptions.pdf
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ dpkg -l | grep texlive-latex-recommended
ii texlive-latex-recommended 2007-5
TeX Live: LaTeX recommended packages
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$
I tried to reinstall that but anything changed.
