Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I had the "insert reference" dialog window opened when OOo crashed. Next
time I started OOo it asked me to recover the document, I confirmed.
After recovering the document successfully -- still in the recover
document dialog -- the "insert references" dialog appeared. I selected
ok in the recovering dialog so that finally the recovered document was
opened. The problem is: the insert references dialog should only appear
when the document is opened.
