be a good idea to allow the focus to "loop" from top-to-bottom and
bottom-to-top. That is, in 11.10 when the keyboard focus is on the Dash-
icon (first Launcher position), if the user presses up (up-arrow-key)
then the focus will shift to the Trash-Can (last Launcher position). And
if the focus is on the Trash-Can and the user presses down (down-arrow-
key) then the focus will shift to the Dash-icon. This way the keyboard
focus can easily jump to the top and bottom of the launcher list.
