I found this in the apt.log. Upgrading nspluginwrapper:amd64 due to Breaks field in ia32-libs:amd64 Investigating (9) nspluginwrapper [ amd64 ] < 1.2.2-0ubuntu9 -> 1.4.4-0ubuntu3 > ( multiverse/utils ) Broken nspluginwrapper:amd64 Depends on nspluginviewer [ amd64 ] < none > ( none ) (= 1.4.4-0ubuntu3) Considering nspluginviewer:i386 -1 as a solution to nspluginwrapper:amd64 1 Holding Back nspluginwrapper:amd64 rather than change nspluginviewer:amd64 Done
I removed nspluginwrapper and upgraded. After the update I could not play flash files i.e. youtude. I installed the flashplugin and that works. I use nookstudy under wine. That no longer works on this system. I think I will hold off on upgrading my other 5 system till this release becomes a bit more stable. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/874625 Title: Update from 11.04 to 11.10 fails To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/874625/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
