After installing the latest Ubuntu version, my touchpad doesn't work
faultlessly anymore:
- when I want to select several folders/files and initiate the action with a
doubleclick on the touchpad and then move the finger to select a certain area,
that doesn't start the selection mode any more.

that doesn't start the selection mode any more. Also moving files per drag&drop
doesn't work when I use the touchpad for clicking. However, maybe in 1 out of
10 tries it will work with the methods I described above.
