Btw, help (F1) in synaptic works fine even if scrollkeeper isn't installed - 
when I choose Help->Contents (F1) I get firefox window, which displaying 
file:///usr/share/synaptic/html/index.html help file !
So, another way to not force people to install unneeded scrollkeeper with it's 
dependancies (docbook-xml, libscrollkeeper0, libxslt1.1, scrollkeeper, 
sgml-data) would be depend or recommend 
www-browser | scrollkeeper
