Barosl, I recognized something similar after upgrading my notebook.
After checking some of the packages I assumed that this may be some
32-bit libraries that are no longer necessary since aptitude said they
are installed twice. So I made a backup of the system with rsync to an
external hard drive, removed the packages and did a reboot to check if
anything starts normal. There were no problems.
