That stack trace comes from using Banshee built for Natty on 11.10. Please use
one targeted for Oneiric instead. You may get it from the Ubuntu repositories of
the stable PPA. I haven't gotten an Oneiric deb up to the daily PPA yet, but the
next commit that Banshee upstream gets should cause an Oneiric package to go up
to the daily PPA.
