The bug can easily reproduce now with me. step 1: Open Firefox and active the firefox windows by click on it step 2: Click 'Home Folder' icon on the Unity Dash to open Nautilus, I see that the Nautilus windows is not activated, firefox is till is activation statement, I have to click on Nautilus window or home folder icon on the dash to active it.
