In my /etc/network/interfaces:
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
auto eth0:0
iface eth0:0 inet static
address 192.168.7.2
netmask 255.255.255.0
broadcast 192.168.7.255
# gateway 192.168.7.1
But the interface eth0:0 does not start at reboot. If I switch eth0 and
eth0:0 - no effect either.
