For example, when printing this book:
www.phptr.com/content/images/0131473816/downloads/0131473816_book.pdf
File -> Print... -> {any printer, including "Print to File"} -> Print
Pages/Range: 433-436
results in pages 397-400.
With smaller PDF's printing works as should.
