The Eclipse bug tracker for this https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=264376 was resolved im 2010 as "RESOLVED NOT_ECLIPSE". Since Launchpad said it couldn't pull the status from the eclipse bug tracker, I've marked it here manually as "invalid".
I'm not seeing this problem on Maverick either.
