That's one example line from the "current dmesg" attachment. oneiric's
cups package has an updated AppArmor profile for the /var/run -> /run
transition, see /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd:
/{,var/}run/** rm,
[...]
Perhaps you modified that configuration file locally and then disagreed
to update it? Can you please attach your version? Do you have an
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd.dpkg-dist ?
