Firstly, and least importantly, this bug is not set out in the way that
we require SRU bugs to be set out (specifically, having an Oneiric task
and being fixed in Precise). Please see

Secondly, it's probably not appropriate to be enabling new modules for
"server team testing" in a stable update.
Thirdly, there are a large set of unrelated changes in the package,
including adding the ~3000LOC zcache staging driver and hooking it up to
all the filesystems. This is much more dangerous than we would normally
consider for a stable update - is there some reason that this is less
dangerous than it appears? What is the justification for this change?
