The test kernel is a kernel that has a patch that may fix your issue,
and confirm this is a duplicate bug.  You are running the 64bit version
of the kernel, so you can get the test kernel at:

http://people.canonical.com/~ogasawara/lp844957/amd64/

Download the test kernel, which is named: linux-
image-3.0.0-13-generic_3.0.0-13.21~lp844957v1_amd64.deb

Then you can install it with:
sudo dpkg -i linux-image-3.0.0-13-generic_3.0.0-13.21~lp844957v1_amd64.deb

A reboot is then required to boot into the new kernel.
