Public bug reported:
I start using Unity 2D on oneiric and very often the Unity 2d launcher
is 100% opaque.
I have attached a screenshot.
The launcher is not visible, but I can right click on it and I can also
launch items from the laucher.
It looks like the launcher and the panel goes opaque in the same time.
