Telling the OS to disable screen savers seems dangerous because it is
unlikely to revert if Firefox crashes while viewing the video.

I think maybe we should just send a dummy keystroke every ~55 seconds
(with 1 minute being the lowest screensaver time limit). If we crashed
while viewing the video then the screensaver would come back on and no
settings would be inconsistent.
