Public bug reported:

The standard banshee configuration hangs when run without network connectivity.
I have narrowed this down to the Ubuntu One plugin - if you disable it, banshee
works fine.
The failure mode is that the UI becomes unresponsive, at least 2 threads are
running infinite loops
(cpu usage is 170% on a 2-core machine, i.e. 85% cpu usage each), and you have
to quit through the 'force quit' dialog.
I have attached the output from stderr, which includes a Glib assertion failure
and a C# stack trace.
