Public bug reported:
Let 1.ods and 2.ods be both opened and cell A1 in 2.ods references to A1
in 1.ods. If A1 in 1.ods is changed the A1 in 2.ods is expected to be
updated, but it does not happen. AFAII the only way to update 2.ods is
to reopen it again. The other strange thing is when you change 1.ods and
open 2.ods kepping the first document opened, oocalc first update 2.ods
and then ask to update external links.
