Public bug reported:

After upgrading from Natty with Gnome to Oneiric with Unity I have
encountered a small annoyance with Deluge. I have labels enabled and if
I highlight one or more torrents, right-click and point to the Label
submenu the entire context menu is moved such that the upper left pixel
of the context menu is directly where the mouse pointer points to. This
makes it virtually impossible to choose a label with the mouse because
every time the mouse is moved to the Label submenu, the entire context
menu jumps. A work around is to navigate the context menu with the arrow
keys instead. None of the other submenus in the context menu is affected
by this.
